Returns the embroidery hits stitched on the account's orders, oldest first.

General description

• One embroidery hit is one design stitched once at one position on one unit. An order line with a quantity of 2 and two embroidery positions has 4 hits.
• Hits of cancelled orders are not listed.
• stitch_count and color_count come from the digitized design file, not from the embroidery machine. Hits without a design file (for example text with an image file, or hits stitched before design files were tracked) have them null.
• To sum the stitches per product, filter by completedFrom / completedTo and add up stitch_count grouped by sku.
